Naz is a computer scientist. She is passionate about UI Engineering, Psychology and growth skills. At Netflix, she works on the production engineering team within Netflix's Acquisition product and infrastructure teams to make sure Netflix services are reliable and scalable. The team writes code and debugs hard problems in live production that impact more than 200 million people around the world.Prior to Netflix, she worked in the Finance industry as a Software Architect. Naz is dedicated to advancing the role of women in engineering. She volunteers with Hour of Code teaching high school girls how to code and serves as a member of MentorCruise and BuiltByGirls to coach engineers. When she’s not working, you’re most likely to find her exploring the world 🌱, playing games, or curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee. 📚☕
